Byzantine

I'm currently on a bit of a mission to try out more weaves.  In the meantime, I thought I would post about the weaves I have tried.

I'll start with byzantine as it was the first one I learned and also is a great starting weave.  It looks much harder than it is and can be combined with other bits of weaves to make more interesting designs

AR:  3.5

In 18g 5/32" is my usual, but can use 3/16"
In 20g 7/64" or 1/8"
In 18g square rings I use 3/16"

In square rings it can look different

It can be combined with beads

Using only a small bit of byz can be an interesting look
